Cant believe thanks to Swan council Im doing this in CAVERSHAM, Western Australia for sale

I have had an awesome 15 years, but Swan Council have decided to destroy Hazelmere residents lives by planning Special Use Zones.This once was a special suburb like the country in suburbia, but good old City of Swan want to ruin us like there doing to Guilford.So I know what ever fighting we may do with council we wont win. So developers feel free to make me a crazy offer, and I may sell so you can clean up the profits like the City of Swan.I would prefer you did to them. We have paid rates for years for this lifestyle, for it to be taken away for profit.My land is 2220sqm approx, but for verification ask the pricks. Home is under reno's, but no one cares, cause it will be bowled over for devolopment.
