FOR LEASE - Chestnut Thoroughbred Gelding - Henley Brook in CAVERSHAM, Western Australia for sale

For Lease (On property) - Due to my pregnancy I am offerring my boy for lease.
Charlie is a 5 year old 16.3hh (aprox) chestnut thoroughbred gelding.
I have had Charlie for nearly 5 months but he hasnt done a huge amount with me due to the fact I got pregnant a month into owning him. He has a beautiful temperament and is so keen and willing to learn. With regular consistent riding he will be a super star. He will work in a natural frame and has been popped over some small jumps with no dramas.
He has attended one clinic off the property at Horsemans and didnt show any sign of being silly. He was happy to work with the other horses in the arena with no fizz. Has showed no sign of buck, bolt or rear.
He is still green off the track though so a confident / experienced rider is required. Please no beginner riders, no matter how confident.
The lease is $120 per week. This includes use of all his tack, full board agistment, farrier (trims), worming and veterinary costs (with conditions). The leasee will be his sole rider and he can be taken off property to shows, clinics, ARC etc.
He is not available to be leased off property so please do not ask. My property has all the facilities you need. Huge double size arena with lights, full set of show jumps, round yard and horse pool. We are located in Henley Brook.
The lease period will be long term, all I ask is once I have had my baby (in April) that I can have the occassional ride in the arena.
